從小到大不知道吃過多少罐頭食物咧, 研究結果只是再次強化, 食用天然食物的重要性, 不只是加工過的食品對人體無益, 盛裝的容器也會造成健康上的傷害 

A new study from HSPH researchers has found that a group of volunteers who consumed a serving of canned soup each day for five days had a more than 1,000% increase in urinary bisphenol A (BPA) concentrations compared with when the same individuals consumed fresh soup daily for five days. 

The findings were published online November 22, 2011, in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) and will appear in the November 23/30 print issue.
